The great Lapulapu run was well attended but very, very poorly organized. Runners were peril for their lives getting hit by vehicles, poor organization at the start, very late start as usual, and no water at the finish line. runners had to line up for an hour to get hydration. Very poorly organized, and no one seems to care!
