LEADING surf company Billabong is proud to announce its continued sponsorship of the Billabong Cloud 9 Invitational in the Philippines.
The 2009 tournament has a US $20,000 prize pool, will run from October 21-27, with 2 days of competition surfing across a seven-day event window.
The tournament contest is at Siargao Island’s ‘Cloud 9’
