To improve our service to all runners & consolidate supplies, we are doing mass race kit claiming ONLY at 26th St cor 9th Ave. BGC (across Honda BGC). We have closed Adidas BGC, Trinoma & MOA claiming sites. Race kit claiming is July 2-6, 1pm-8pm – Proactive

Registration Fee:
16.8K – PHP 1,300
10K – PHP 1,100
10K (Students’ Race) – PHP 800 (need to present valid ID’s)

Epic fail… Organizers are so UN-organize. gulo gulo… ang iinit na ng ulo ng mga tao… paghihintayin ka ng pagkatagal tagal. pag dating mo wala na daw XS or S. yung Med. size kasya sa 6 footer na tao.. European sizes daw. Bakit???? European ba ang tatakbo??? Sa Europe ba gaganapin ito??? kaubos kayo ng lakas… baka lakad na lang ang gagawin ng runners sa sunday dahil naubos na energy sa sobrang inis sa claiming ng race kits…

    Buti pa ang RU2 at Milo walang hassle…

  5. I just claimed my kit today at BGC around 330PM. It was smooth and not crowded. I was there for only 10 minutes. ;-)

  6. PRO ACTIVE as an organiser has so much to learn. They have inconvenienced a lot of participants . How can a world class brand like Adidas let a bunch of amateurs handle their race. Last minute change of claiming venue. Chaos at BGC over the weekend.

    • I was at BGC sunday afternoon 5pm (at the open field) and there were only 3 people three people claiming their kits. Also, there were boxes of singlets available – all colors and sizes were available. I guess i was just lucky

  7. Anyone here who knows if there are still large sized pink singlet available at bgc? my mom got pissed off coz she got a blue one for male singlet…-_-

  11. I went to trinoma to claim my kit and im all the way from tagaytay for a 4 day seminar, ang dami kong bitbit tapos sasabihin sakin na puntahan ko sa bgc dahil nilipat na! Wala manlang txt advisory or what!!! Tsk tsk!

  13. can someone tell me how to go to 26th St cor 9th Ave. BGC, first time ko lang kasi. from buendia/taft avenue..maraming salamat!

    • It is just a walking distance from market market, right around the back of Serendra. From Ayala Station you can take the BGC shuttle bus and get off at Market Market. Or you can go to Guadalupe and take a jeepney bound for Market Market & SM Aura.

  23. hassle nakakawalang gana tumakbo. hanggang ngayon wala pa din singlet ko matapos akong pabalikin sa trinoma 12nn daw. pag punta ko trinoma wala na daw dun BGC na lahat ng pagkuha ng singlet. di na ko uulit pag yan pa din organizer.sayang yung bayad na hindi din naman pinulot lang.

  26. Panalo ang mga nag-claim ng group kits. Tamang paghintayin ang mga ibang claimers ng 20 to 30 mins. Kayo na. Please separate 1 to 3 kit claimers from the more than 4 kits to claim next time.

    Pwede ba magclaim ng race kit ngayon? Just to make sure para lang di sayang pagpunta sa BGC today. Maya maya closed pala. Mabuti sana kung naannounce sa FB or mga running websites the night before. Meron nga text from Proactive pero “null” naman ang nakalagay. Please please please lang!

    Or saan po ba pwede magrefund? Ang ikinakatakot ko lang, claiming pa lang ng kits may aberya na, pano pa kaya sa race day???

  31. dear organizer, sa Sunday na po and race day up to now we haven’t receive yet our singlet, why??? we decided to register on line and even pay extra for the delivery of the singlet however up to now nothing has been delivered. Please advise delivery asap.

  32. I emailed them kc online din ako ngregister at ngpaship.. nsa lbc na daw ang race kits… deyll deliver it untill tom…

    • sakay ka taxi… diretso lang yung buendia papuntang kalayaan flyover and then BGC na… tapos turn right sa 9th ave… go straight makikita mo na yung claiming area :)

      or….

      sakay ka ng bus sa buendia taft… tapos baba ka kahit sa may makati med… then from there sakay ka ng jeep na papuntang glorietta — tanungin mo yung driver kung tatawid sya ng EDSA… tapos pagtawid mo ng EDSA, may mga jeep and bus na dun papuntang BGC…

  39. walang sense yung pag reregister namin nung early may, hindi rin yung size na inindicate namin yung nakuha.

    ang sagwa ng sistema ng distribution ng kits ng kotr ngayon, palpak to the max.

    unang una, bakit european size ang singlets na ipprovide nyo eh alam nyo namang maliliit lang sizes ng mga pinoy? tapos hindi susundin ung registered size ng singlet upon claiming?

    hinding hindi na kami sasali sa mga proactive events. pang ilang beses na tong kapalpakan nila.

    • sure ka large yan? kasi my friend is 5’9 and 175lbs pero sakto lang sa kanya yung large e… 1 inch difference in height is not that much but the weight discrepancy is big…. just saying…… :)

  44. disaster tong race na to grabe ang gulo sa pag claim ng race kit sobra ng daming mali, yun akin pinakuha ko sa gf ko small yun size ko, pinipilit nilang ibigay medium sobra ako na offend tinawan ko gf pina kausap ako sa nag bibigay ng race kits ang sabi sa akin ng lalakeng nakausap ko ubos na daw yun small at first come first serve basis daw sila ng ayaw ko pumayag na medium ang makuha ko ang sabi nya sa aki9n kung gusto ko daw ng small pero pang babae grabe sobra ako na bastos dun hindi ko inaasahan yun. grabe sobra talaga yun napaka panget ng organizer ng race nato PRO ACTIVE RUNNERS epic fail talaga kayo ganyan din yun nanyari sa akin sa color manila nite run sobra talaga napa ka walang kwenta nyo mag organize.

  59. It’s now barely 2 more days to go before this Sunday run, pero until now di pa nadeliver yung race kit ng wife ko for 16.8km distance. We registered online a month ago, and I received my kits last June 28, but until now wala pa yung sa wife ko. I was able to talk to a certain Claudine of Adidas (PRO Active) kaninang 8PM, and she promised that they will personally deliver the kits to our doorsteps here in Calamba Laguna. Sana naman dumating na.

  61. we were one of the early registrants. 1st week plng para ng makuha nmn ung gustu nmn na color and sizes..ksi late kmi last year kaya ala n kmi option.. July 1st kmi ng claim and #5 aq s ng claim s trinoma. unfortunately, d nmn totoo n 1st come 1st served. e di sana nakuha nmn khit panu ung prefered nmn..super hassle..before 10am andun n kmi pro dumating ung singlet past 2 na…grrrr

  69. Proactive failed to deliver my race kit. I am demanding a refund. This is the worst and most unorganized race ever.

  70. i have a formal complaint to adidas regarding this palpak system ng proactive, you can have your own too, para di na sila ang ang organize nito next time, sayang ang ganda ng event..

  75. para saan pa ba yung singlet na sample na pinasuot sa atin, nung nag pa register tayo? gaya ko SMALL yung nag fit sa akin, tapos nag kaubusan ng size, bigay na lang sa akin LARGE (kita yung dodo ko) – no choice ako

  76. nakuha ko naman size na gusto ko but not the color… happy na rin atleast hindi ako mukhang hip hop… nakaka disappoint lang na maaga ka magri – register tapos di mo makukuha yung prefered color and size mo. ibalik na lang yung dati na pag nag register makukuha na rin yung race kit. kasi sa nangyayaring ganito parang hold-up na eh.. wala ka ng choice kundi tangapin yung di mo gustong singlet dahil di ka na rin naman makakapag-refund ng binayad…. anong say nyo mga ka-runner…

  78. first time ever to run with a singlet on top of a shirt – disappointed with the size. masyadong malalim ung cut sa side ng women’s singlet, walang ipinagkaiba sa pagkakatabas sa men’s singlet (which could be bothering for ladies)… what was the use of stating your size sa registration kung hindi mo rin pala gagamitin as basis for the production. hindi na lang sana nila tinanong ung size kung hindi rin naman pala nila kakayaning iprovide. pagkatapos ng unang araw ng pagclaim, may notification na agad na paubos na ang xs and s…?!?! my sister and her husband had theirs delivered while i had mine claimed at the booth. we felt like the singlet was not worth the reg fee be it claiming the kit onsite or having it delivered. ni hindi namin magamit ang oversized singlets after the run grrr
