An interesting new twist from the traditional road race, the upcoming Run BGC 2011 is incorporating a Flag Football component to it’s 3K and 5K, surely something to watch out for. Details Here!

Ball Caught; Flag Intact – Minus 10 sec
Ball Caught; Flag Pulled – Minus 5 Sec
Ball Dropped; Flag Intact – Minus 5 Sec
Ball Dropped; Flag Pulled – Minus 0 Sec
Runner Withdraw – Not Qualified for Podium and + 30 sec

– Time will be indicated by colored bands, make sure to wear the bands at all times

There will be medal awards for the top 3 race finishers per category. all runners will get a stub for the raffle but only all finishers will have a chance to win the raffle trip to AU. the race starts at 5:30am

Signed up yesterday ,getting tired of being told no racekits yet ,dont people realise some of us go to a lot of trouble and expense to sign up for these events.
I really think Rio is now in this for the money.So many kids take part in these runs someone should be encouraging them and training them for the future they are doing it for soccer and rugby,come onRio stop counting the pesos and find some future Olympic athletes

nag sign up ako yesterday sa runners BHS, pero bakit iba kulay ng singlet white and light blue iba sa naka post na dark blue and white, makaiba kc medyo hindi maganda kulay..
