June 20 is a holiday diba.. so good timing ang run na to… I’m thinking of joining the 5k (pair run) or 10k. what’s the rule regarding the pair run? any age limit?
@Bingski: me too! ‘di pa nagrereply mga niyayaya ko for 5k pair run kasi 21k ako dun sa Merrel…no idea too about the rules regarding pair run.
nagpunta ako sa planet sport sa makati… wala pa ring singlet.. babalikan pa after a week.. medyo sayang ang punta… buti pa sa run rio maraming singlet at available pag may takbo.. kulang nga lang sa size xl ng AKTV RUN nila
baka may gusto umampon sakin jan sa 5k pair pls… not a hardcore runner, i only run during fun runs usually 10k (road), pls note lang po na i’ll be running also in merrell on june 18 first time 21k and trail so baka too f**ked up na ko to run here but i’ll try my best…

@kuneho, after sta rosa exit turn right, go straight ahead for approx. 4km to nuvali.. you’ll pass by 1st traffic light with Mcdo, 2nd traffic light with paseo de sta rosa on the left then 800m ahead is nuvali on the left… enjoy the trail!

First time kong tatakbo sa nuvali the good thing is libre yong boat ride heheheh buti na lang malapit lang to sa house ng friend ko!

@Nick: tuloy and event kanina rain or shine. mas masarap nga tumakbo kanina dahil umulan. ruged, sleepery ang trail, hydration ok wala lang medal at lootbag but the fun n experience was the best.
The run was a good one. The trail was technical but fun. The mud was ankle deep in most places but there were mud puddles up to the waistline in some areas. We brought along our 3 kids who had a blast. The rain cooperated and slowed down to a light drizzle during the run. There were enough water stations and marshals at the difficult passes.

hi there again! runner monster ka talaga, hehe. congrats for running in this trail adventure and the rest of the PF peeps who also took time despite the rains. were you able to take pics? share it to the site’s FB ha?
@Suplado and myself together with @Joeyboy80 with wifey had our practice run at UP Oval in prep for the MIM this morning. it was fun kahit umulan around 10AM onwards. missing was Jobz, hehe!

This is probably my best run and best finish this year…cu next year…sana nasa top 5 na ako…he!he! kc this year managed to grab the top 7 in 15k men….God bless us the running fathers…
